Food Hygiene Foundation
Certificate (CIEH Approved) (1 day)
In order to comply with Food Hygiene Directive (93/94/EEC). All food handlers must be supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters to a level appropriate to their jobs.
Main Course Objectives
This course will provide the necessary training to fulfil the requirements for the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene.
