Dealing with Absence

The CBI and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development have reported that work absence in the UK totalled some 180 million days lost last year, costing more than £12 billion. This programme introduces delegates to the practical methods of dealing with absence, understanding how to conduct return to work interviews, dealing with long-term sickness absence, and applying discipline and counselling to improve attendance.
