Team Building (Residential Course) 2 day programme

This course is designed to help companies to focus senior and middle managers on business performance issues by applying team building and problem solving techniques. It identifies issues relating to internal and external customer satisfaction. Course includes an out and about 'treasure hunt' type of activity (not physically demanding).
