All NVQ's are unit based and consist of a combination of both mandatory units and optional units. The optional units will be determined with you by discussion with one of Mercia's fully qualified assessing staff. Mercia will assist you in selecting the most appropriate units to meet both you and your employee's needs.
Achievement at either level is on successful completion and verification of a portfolio of evidence to meet the unit standards.
