NVQ LEVEL 2: Consisting of Seven Units. Four Mandatory and Three Optional units.

Unit 2-4 (Mandatory): Provide Effective Support for Your Colleagues

Unit 3-1 Contribute to the Management of Pupil Behaviour
Unit 3-10 Support the Maintenance of Pupil Safety & Security
Unit 3-11 Contribute to the Health & Well-being of Pupils
Unit 3-17 Support the Use of ICT in the Classroom

Unit 3-11 (Optional) Contribute to the Health & Well-being of Pupils
Unit 3-16 (Optional) Provide Support for Pupils with Sensory and/or Physical Impairment
Unit 3-18 (Optional) Help Pupils to Develop Their Literacy Skills
Unit 3-21 (Optional) Support the Development & Effectiveness of Work Teams
Unit 3-23 (Optional) Liaise Effectively With Parents

Achievement at either level is on successful completion and verification of a portfolio of evidence to meet the unit standards.
