Train to Gain
Train to Gain is a Government funded training initiative that is designed to help businesses get the training they need to succeed.
**** JULY -2011 Due to current Government restructuring there are NO further funds available on this initiative ****
The Skills Funding Agency (Formerly the LSC) with Government backing and in collaboration with organisations such as Business Link and Investors in People have come together across England to promote awareness of the need to train our workforce to a higher level.
Mercia Management within the Train to Gain initiative are able to deliver NVQs that are fully or part funded by the Government.
Mercias' assessors will work with you to:
- Assess your employees' existing abilities and skills
- Recommend an NVQ to meet your business requirements and your employees skills set
- Explain the funding options available to you
- Support your employee through their qualification
Train to Gain NVQs are flexible and designed to fit in with the needs of your business
