Apprenticeship
An apprenticeship consists of a framework of qualifications. The framework contains the relevant National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) for your chosen sector. A technical certificate which you go to College to complete. This teaches the thoery an individual needs to work in their chosen industry. Key Skills which are designed to improve your communication, number and IT skills. You will also complete a workbook on your employment rights and responsibilities to help you understand basic employment law and how it applies to you.
