Recruiting An Apprentice
At Mercia Management we aim to help you through the process of recruitment in order to provide you with apprenticeship candidates of the highest calibre. Mercia will do this by collating applicant details and conducting initial assessments to ensure that all potential applicants meet the standards that you require, and the generic requirements for entry into your industry.
We will work with you to ensure that your vacancy details are correctly input on to the National Apprenticeship Service, to attract the most suitable candidates for your apprenticeship vacancy.
Mercia will work closely with you to determine your requirements for the candidate(s)and their training, and agree with you the most suitable Qualifications to meet your needs. We will then work with you to meet those needs identified and supply you with high quality young people.
