I would like to start by saying a big thank you to all of the team at Mercia Management. I have recently received my final certificate and I am extremely happy with the training provided and the help I received along the way. My NVQ assessor was Keith Bailey and despite me being new to the engineering sector and everyday working life, Keith ensured I always hit my objectives by explaining them thoroughly and setting me very reasonable deadlines. I looked forward to all of Keiths visits to show him the work I had completed and his positive feedback on every occasion encouraged this further, resulting in a very early finish of my NVQ level 3. Keith was superb throughout the whole of my course and was a good friend as well as a tutor. I have learned a great deal with Keith when it comes to organisation and time keeping and he was a pleasure to work with.
